I had plans to become an equine veterinarian up until I was involved in a life changing experience. I was 17
years old when I was at a horse show and a friend's horse kicked me in the face. I was not expected to live. I
had two near death and out of body experiences within that week. I was given a choice by Jesus whether or not
to return to this lifetime. When I saw my Mom (who watched the whole thing) standing over my body, I knew I
had to return even though I was told it would be difficult. I was faced with things I never knew existed, not to
mention the physical injuries that I still have to deal with today. I had given up on my dream of becoming an
equine veterinarian because of the injuries. What I always thought would be my life no longer existed. I found
myself questioning who I was. After having a lot of fun drinking with friends and trying to forget "the accident", I
decided it was time to make something of my life.
I attended and graduated with honors from Alverno College and Mount Mary College. I majored in art therapy/art
education, with a minor in psychology. I completed my Master of Science degree in clinical art therapy in 1994. I
did well after the accident for about seven years, at which time I developed chronic infections, allergies,
hypoglycemia, and hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed with environmental illness, auto-immune disease,
hypothyroidism, Lymes Disease and PTSD, all thought to be caused by a combination of the accident and an
infection I contracted around that time. I went from being overly confident to having severe panic attacks and
doubts about the reasons for my existence.
Instead of finding the root cause of the health problems, I chose to go the allopathic route and before I knew it I
was on numerous medications (including almost continuous antibiotics), and weighed 240 pounds. I looked
and felt awful. Several doctors told me there was nothing more that could be done, and that an allergic reaction
to something would soon kill me. At this point, I could only eat a handful of foods, I had zero tolerance for most
perfumes, detergents, cleaners, pesticides, and chemicals. My life was becoming increasingly limited. Even
though I was skeptical and afraid of anything other than allopathic medicine, I began working with a couple of
energy healers.
There are almost always emotional reasons for developing an illness. As an example, auto-immune disease
is basically when your body turns on itself. A big emotional contributor, for me, in this case was self hatred. Self
hatred can have many roots and aspects, which in my case needed to be cleared (healed) individually so that I
was fully aware of how I developed this disease and how I could help others in the future.
There are often hidden spiritual issues as well. After the "accident" I thought that it was punishment for not
being good enough. I thought this "God" individual hated me because I couldn't imagine an all loving God
doing something so horrendous to a kid, or anybody for that matter. Spiritual/Energy healing based on
Quantum physics has taught me so much about "why" the events in my life have taken place the way they have.
It has helped me to plant myself firmly in a spiritual base (note I said spiritual...not religious). This has given
me a sense of peace that I have never felt before. This work opened me to what was to come next...Divine
Coding.
This brings me to where I am today. I never planned to be a healer or a conduit for universal energy. I was so
sick of life and health problems that I just wanted to be left alone to paint and sculpt. I am so grateful that I have
my life back, although totally different than I once knew, that I want to share what I have learned with others. I
feel blessed to have the ability to be a conduit for this incredible source of energy and to help others find their
path to wholeness.
I would like to thank those art therapists and spiritual teachers who have come before me. Without you paving
the way, the path would have been much rougher. Namaste.

I incorporate body, mind, and spirit while treating clients with Divine Coding, Reiki, massage, and other body
work. I utilize eastern and western massage techniques including Swedish massage, Chinese therapeutic
massage (Tui Na), acupressure, pregnancy massage, and hot stone massage. I blend these techniques
based on individual needs and requests.
Four years after graduating with a B.S. degree in fine arts, I went back to school and studied art education and
art therapy. During this time I discovered Reiki. While receiving Reiki treatments, I was guided to help myself
and others using alternative modalities, and pursued classes to become a certified Reiki Master. I find Reiki
to be gentle therapeutic expression and love to see the positive difference treatments make in my clients’ lives.
I have been practicing Reiki since 1999 and have received certification from the International Center for Reiki
Training and from other Reiki Masters. I am a Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from the East-West
Healing Arts Institute and am certified in pregnancy massage through Kate Jordan Seminars’ Bodywork for
the Childbearing Year®. I am now a Divine Coding Master Teacher.
Even though I have had formal training in alternative healing, my interest in spiritual and paranormal matters
began in childhood. My father’s side of the family is quite intuitive and very open to the paranormal. In fact, my
great grandmother used to tell fortunes from coffee grounds. From little on, I heard numerous stories about
ghostly encounters, visiting deceased relatives and other entities (some not so pleasant), and even visions of
angels. I was always interested in the stories but truly scared as well. Something about actually seeing the
things described by my relatives had me a bit terrified. My first memory of paranormal experience was when I
was ten years old, which involved a ghost who decided to play with the lights next to the bedroom I was
sleeping in. I awoke to an extreme bright light that suddenly went dim and then bright again. I heard no one in
the bed room. I thought it was the sunlight coming in the windows, until I lifted the shade next to me to reveal
the pitch black darkness outside. A wave of creepiness and fear came over me and I pulled the covers over
my head and eventually fell back to sleep.
Throughout my teens I would have a few paranormal encounters which I would often chalk up to coincidence
because it was less scary. To actually see a ball of light float down the hallway and turn out the door was
quite fascinating, but I tried to find the logical explanation (hard to find when light doesn’t bend). Most of my
freaky paranormal experiences happened when I was in my late teens and early twenties, during the drinking
and partying phase of my life. This also happened to be the time that I worked at a haunted restaurant.
During this time I was pushed, poked, and even scratched when no one else was near me, noises would
follow me down hallways, and lights and appliances would all of a sudden turn off or on. I often got the feeling
as if someone or something was watching me and frequently had the most intense creepy nightmares that
seemed extremely real. In fact there were a few occasions when I actually woke up because I felt someone or
something on top of me. I could not move, breath, scream or even remember the Lord’s Prayer. Literally
petrified with fear, I tried to do anything I could to stop this. What seemed to work the best was shaking
myself awake but from the inside, which is not easy to do when you are feeling virtually paralyzed and having a
suffocating pressure and heaviness of an energy bearing down on top of you. Eventually, I could start to utter
part of the Lord’s Prayer and finally recall the entire prayer putting an end to the encounter. The event itself
probably only lasted a matter of a couple of moments but felt like an eternity.
These experiences led me to search out ways to protect myself and clear my living spaces, but it wasn’t until
my mid-twenties that I learned Reiki and finally started to feel safer. Reiki has been a huge blessing in my life
and it is the reason I became a massage therapist. Doing massage I felt I could introduce more people to
Reiki and energy healing. Reiki was definitely my preferred method of healing, until I met Tammy. Divine
Coding has changed my life. I now work primarily with Tibetan Master Djwhal Khul and have also worked with
a number of other ascended masters. The coding continues to influence the Reiki and the massage I do
allowing me to help my clients work through their issues quicker than ever before. I continue to do my own
healing in order to become the clearest channel I can be. I have accepted my role in spreading the word
about the Divine Coding and doing God’s work.
It is our hope that the following stories will help you to understand why we are so passionate about the healing work we do.

Let me start with an excerpt from a letter I wrote, or more likely recited.
“Dear Santa,
My name is Dana. I am four years old. I am a healer.”
Some of my earliest memories involve energy healing. When I was four years old a doctor told my parents
that I had a hammer toe. I remember going to a healer who had me lay on a massage table. He had his
hands on my head, and then on my feet. I could feel the warmth from his hands. I was quite an active child,
so for me to lie still for any period of time was unheard of. I was on the massage table for an hour and a half
and to this day I remember feeling calm, relaxed, and comfortable being there. After that session, there was
no more talk of hammer toe. From this experience, my four year old self solidified the knowing that this stuff
works.
One of my earliest memories of sending healing was for our cat and her kittens. Some of the kittens had
problems with their eyes, so I would hold the kittens with my hands on their eyes to help them heal. I also
remember when somebody had a headache; I would have them sit in front of me so I could put my hands on
their head. I don’t remember what, if anything, I was thinking or doing, I just remember wanting their pain to
be gone. Both the kitten’s eyes and the headaches were healed.
Working with energy for the sake of healing always seemed natural to me because of my Mother’s interest in
alternative healing. In 1999 I decided to formalize my experience with energy healing and took my first Reiki
class. I am currently a Reiki Master Teacher. I completed the Divine Coding training in 2007, and am a
certified DC Instructor. I also have Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an
emphasis in communications, which led me to work in radio for fourteen years. In 2009 I added an
Associates degree in Accounting to the mix.
How does the Accounting degree fit in? My dad was a high school math teacher, so I may have gotten my
love of numbers from him. I am often very analytical. I think it helps balance me in some way. Whether I am
doing healing work or bookkeeping, I especially like to help people learn how to help themselves.
I look forward to continuous learning and growth every day, as well as helping others do the same. I thank
you and all the Divine beings for sharing in my journey.
