Lisa Shepherd, CMT provides Divine Coding Reiki sessions as well as attunements to DC
Reiki. She has been practicing Reiki since 1999. Lisa is certified from independent Reiki
Masters and the International Center for Reiki Training. She was attuned to the Divine
Coding Reiki by Ascended Master Djwhal Kuhl in 2007 and currently teaches Divine
Coding Reiki classes.
After taking the Divine Coding training, Lisa realized that the Divine Coding energy actually
integrated with that of the Usui Reiki energy. She noticed a difference not only in her
individual Reiki sessions but also in her Reiki classes. Since the energy coming through
was no longer just Reiki energy, Lisa developed Divine Coding Reiki (DC Reiki).
A simple definition of DC Reiki would be that it is a form of energy healing that is
comprised of Divine Coding and Usui Reiki. In order to better understand what DC Reiki
really is, both Divine Coding and Usui Reiki will be described briefly.
What is Divine Coding?
According to Master Dom Inacio, "Divine Coding is an energetic spiritual system that uses
the symbolic language of the angels to uncover ones true essence. It works on all levels of
the being and integrates mind, body, and soul by raising ones vibration to a higher
frequency."
This loving energy uses angelic codes that are specific to each client. The Divine Coding
energy restores balance, promotes relaxation, reduces stress response and helps to
release old habits and patterns. Returning to our true essence, the love that we are, is the

complete acceptance of ourselves and others, no matter where we may be on our journey

What is Usui Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced RAY-key) is a gentle form of energy healing based on the teachings and
healing techniques of Dr. Mikao Usui. In Japanese, Reiki means "universal life energy"
which is the fundamental life force energy around and within all living things. Reiki
promotes balance and enhances the body's natural healing ability. This nurturing energy
encourages relaxation, reduces pain and stress, promotes restful sleep, and bestows
upon the client a sense of well-being.
What can I expect during a Divine Coding Reiki session?
During a DC Reiki session, the client lies comfortably on a massage table and remains
fully clothed; no lotions or oils are used. Soft lighting and soothing music (if desired) create
a tranquil, peaceful environment. The client receives energy through the practitioner's
hands, with little or no pressure used. The client's body, in its own wisdom, takes in
enough energy to dissolve blockages and create balance in the chakra centers and
throughout the body. The energy creates balance on the physical, mental, emotional, and
spiritual levels. Clients often report feeling a warming or tingling experience, and may feel
strong emotions during or after the session. Clients should share any sensations or
insights with the practitioner to better understand the session.
DC Reiki is safe and effective for all ages and levels of health. DC Reiki is gentle enough
for pregnant women, and is a useful tool to help reduce discomfort or complications
occurring with pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation.
